How do I change my bank account?

Article for adding or changing the bank account used for depositing and withdrawing funds into your Funderbeam wallet

There are two easy ways to add your bank account to access the funds in your wallet.

  1. Use the new personal bank account to make a transfer (of any value) to your wallet. This automatically adds all the details directly to your account
  2. Send us an email or upload in your settings a banking document that contains the following;
  • Your full name as it appears on the document provided
  • The full account details including account number, BIC/Swift code and/or IBAN depending on the location
  • The name and full address of the Bank

The reason for this is to ensure all changes are being made by the account holder and are used as a way to secure any changes to where your funds may be sent.
