Successfully tried criminal cases as a prosecutor with the DOJ's Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section ("CCIPs") and civil cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Cases have concerned technologies including computer software and hardware, light emitting diodes, bio-technology, semiconductor manufacturing and fabrication, optics and medical devices as well as business methods.

Currently co-lead counsel in a patent infringement action in the EDVA against TomTom, involving a method and for generating and updating of destination tracking data.

Active in pro bono matters, including current representation of an inmate on death row in Alabama.
