Tim Lett is an experienced angel investor and entrepreneur with proven success in the fields of enterprise software; software as a service (SaaS); management consulting; e-business; human capital management (HCM) and workforce management (WFM). In addition to his experience building successful companies, Tim has spent the last 20 years consulting to dozens of Fortune 1000 companies around the globe, in industries such as: retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, utilities and high tech.

Tim founded Axsium Group, a technology and management consulting firm dedicated to helping large, global organizations automate and improve their workforce management practices and processes. Recognized by Profit Magazine’s Hot 50 in 2007 and 2008 as one of the 50 fastest growing private companies in Canada, Axsium Group is today the largest consulting firm in the world dedicated to the field of WFM. Axsium Group was acquired by Knightsbridge Human Capital Management, where Tim continues to serve as a corporate director. Tim currently works full-time as an active angel investor, primarily focusing on enterprise software.
