Athletes know that what goes on in their head effects what they do - for better and worse.

If we know it matters, why do we pay so little attention to it? We know how important attitude, motivation, discipline, analysis, and perspective are and those happen in your mind and affect your body. Sometimes in sport there is a fear of thinking too much, but what we found is that athletes aren’t thinking about the right things in the right ways - because they don’t know how. It isn’t that complicated or difficult to get comfortable with the responsibility of being in control of what goes on in your head.
