How do investors get access to the syndicate?
On the Funderbeam platform, you can invite your investor network to manage all investment indications and gather the payments, storing the documentation and previous fundraisings round data in one place.
These are the ways how you can share access to interested investors:
- Invite only – the lead investor or syndicate administrator can invite an investor to the platform. Learn how here.
- Creating your own pool based access – the network can create a pool of investors and add access to the full pool. The offer in this case can be accessed to verified pool members only, so ensuring data is kept private inside a defined circle of investors. The company provides the list of investors and Funderbeam creates the pool.
- Link based access – The deal can be made accessible via a dedicated link. In that case anyone with the link that has gone through the verification process on Funderbeam can access the deal and make indications.
Where can I find the stored investor list after?
When you access your company profile, navigate to More Tab at the end of the section, click on Manage : Manage and access tabs . You only have access if you are the syndicate administrator I.e. the lead angel, or could also be the company. You will be able to view the list of investors participating in your fundraising round.
