For Investors

Filter by countries

Companies’ origins are now conveniently visible on the Funderbeam marketplace. You can publicly trade with company instruments from 11 different countries and, as of now, filter them by their country of origin.

More to window-shop

More information about tradable instruments and companies is now accessible without having to log in.

New feature – watchlist.

You can now add instruments you want to keep an eye on to your watchlist and easily filter them on the Marketplace. Click the star icon in the trade table or on the instrument page to add it to the watchlist.

Blog facelift

The Blog front page got a colorful facelift. We are adding content on a regular basis and look forward to your suggestions and comments – what would you like to read about?

Charts and data

All instrument graphs are now adjusted for splits and all corporate events (including voting) are listed and visually shown on the graphs.

Additionally, a list of trades, instrument price history, and index data are all now downloadable as CSV files for data fans.

For Founders

Faster listing

If you have been thinking of providing liquidity for your early shareholders but postponed it due to complexity and hassle, there is no more reason for that – listing company shares in private or public mode (and giving a chance for new shareholders to join the journey) on the Funderbeam platform has been made fast and intuitive.

Nicer company updates

If you wish to share new product pictures with your investors or brighten up your Company Updates, it is now possible to add an image to the update.

Ltd., (FB Pte). FBAS and FML are MIFID investment firms.

A Funderbeam client (whether investor or company) is a client of the service provider and under the protection of the requirements of the regulator under which that service provider operates: An EEA client’s service provider is FBAS, a UK/ non-EEA/ non-Singapore client’s service provider is FML, and a Singapore client’s service provider is FB Pte.

The Marketplace is operated as an organised market by Funderbeam Markets Pte. Ltd., in Singapore as a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) under the supervision of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. FBAS and FML are Trading Members of the RMO’s Marketplace. Access to the Marketplace for EEA and non-EEA clients is only provided by and through such clients’ service provider (ie FBAS or FML). The Marketplace does not provide services directly to investors outside Singapore.
