Private Trading
Additionally to the regular Funderbeam trading platform, we offer companies private trading functionality as well. Private trading is for companies listing their shares on the platform, but do not wish to start trading and reporting on the regular Funderbeam trading platform. Depending on the company’s growth stage, companies trading in private are always encouraged to move to the Funderbeam trading platform when the time is right.
Company and all its tradable instruments are either regularly or privately accessible on Funderbeam platform. Meaning, Funderbeam does not foresee a situation where one instrument of the Company is privately tradable and another instrument is tradable on the Funderbeam trading platform.
Private trading takes place under Singapore licence and simply put, is exactly the same as trading offered on Funderbeam trading platform. However, orderbook, trading statistics and other Company related information are only accessible to specified group of investors, while private trading securities are not included in the Funderbeam trading platform statistics, indexes, data products, etc.
Company representatives (the issuing Company) can see their investors as well as a list of persons with access to private trading and Company data, at any point of time.
